Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Claims are accepted if the item received is checked upon being received and is brought whole to the store. You cant install or cut the wallpaper before making a claim. The claim will be made to the respective company and, if accepted, an equal exchange will be made of the product purchased.
